Nope hes not banned, he talks to me whenever im on, i said to him come pick me up, and he did then he hid his id and name then everyone thought i was the cheater :l
But yeah its funny, and he always tells me to go on a ride with him rofl.

So your pretty much saying you are involved with cheating on the server. If your ever caught with him I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up banned too.
