And, dynamic IPs arent used by cheaters (rofl), they're used by anyone that simply gets a dynamic one from their ISPs.

For example, my ISP usually only gives out dynamic IPs. If you want a permanent one you gotta say it when you order the plan i think, but default is dynamic.

And im kinda happy that mine is dynamic *g*
Hitman rawr nope not allways still cheaters love to use it >:( but there are people who dont cheat just use it

For a while I thought I was paying for 50mbps, and only getting 10-25mbps.
But today, I reset the modem and the router, and used the London Server instead of Manchester...
