I'm just going by my own experience of people who pwn me with most ez and are hardest to hit because of their skills, not lag.

In no particular order:

Fat_Cobra
Violax
Swift
Delic (when he was active)
Aaron (as Delic)

There maybe equally deserving players but I haven't seen them enough first hand to give a fair opinion.
