B&A was stronger than CT. I don't really remember losing that much wars vs CT so it was even. Well, but I'd also agree if you'd say it was unfair CT vs B&A//OnB. But you also had allies like the SnakeZ if I remember right. Let's not forget the uzi bug back in 0.1 which CT used. They all were good gangs for their times imo.
