The reason behind the ban was more the word you used in the flaming then the caps.
We don't allow swearing with diseases.

Like estroe said swearing with diseases (in dutch: ziektes) is forbidden on LVP.

General swearing is usually punished with a ban lasting 2 to 3 days.
But since you posted in the correct format and asked real politely you will be unbanned in 2 days from now.
