Why doesnt LVP just use:

This will solve so much cheaters, without causing any bugs or changed gameplay.

It won't solve anything about cheaters, they will only be harder to find.

Indeed, bad idea.

A more better solution imo would be to check if any players  have one in the weapon inventory. However, Checking such a thing every few seconds, Looping through every players weapon data, consdiring the large amount of players on LVP, could cause a bit of lag.

Probably the safest solution here would be to create a warning to admins for when a player kills someone with a minigun, but since Gaitbot does that already on irc, I guess its fine.

What's possible is adding an autoban for more than 1 minigun kill. Check if the player is vallowed, and check if they have an except (set by Management or whatever so that you know who can still hax from time to time). That way, legit bans all the way?

I like the idea of tomozj. Also there needs to be an exception if any (mod/)admin does /giveallweapon 38 (don't know the exact command). Else LVP will have a big problem .

Miniguns are blocked on the administrator givegun command anyway, so no need to worry about this.

There is no admin level. Management can give them out im sure.

Only RCON administrators (server operators like Peter/Nakebod/duck/etc.) have the power to give out miniguns, but they don't really do so.

I'm saying that the Management could add the except because only them are going to be screwing with miniguns if anyone, but it was just a suggestion.

I like what tomozj has in mind because of the difficult times I've had banning people who had one minigun kill. But then that would conflict with what happened a few weeks ago.
