for mixing tracks i would suggest Traktor 3 ,it's very easy to use (maybe a bit too easy ,for example it synchs up tracks with one mouseclick  8)7 ) nooby style  :)  Or try ableton Live which i recently started to dj with.It has many possibilities ,also for producing.
Try it  ;)

It's amazing, and simple.

Traktor and Ableton are really great pieces of software.

Anyone tried Sonar?

If someone is into VST plugins, I recommend Guitar Rig, http://www.native-instruments.com/index....us&flash=9 and broomstick bass, really cool: http://www.bornemark.se/bb/

I used to have Ejay HipHop back in the time I thought hiphop was stupid :P on a 233 mHz pc, but making tracks was fun. Now I ocasionally open fruity loops just to find that it's too much of a hassle to make music on a computer :P I'll just stick with doing graphics instead of sound. :D
