Tune lowriders

Hi
I can't tune lowriders and some others cars.
I have seen many cars that are tuned but that i can't tune.
And i tried to /tune & /tune2 and it's don't working.

Right, so, every car has its own shop you need to visit.
There are three different brands of car modification shops.
Transfender
Loco Low Co
Wheel Arch Angels

Transfender has three branches. You will need to tune most cars here. Even some sports cars (Turismo, Infernus) will need to be tuned here. There are transfender shops in north-west Los Santos, south-east Las Venturas, and eastern San Fierro.
You cannot access this shop with /tune.

Loco Low Co tunes low-riders. The only low-rider in the current version of the Las Venturas Playground gamemode is the Blade. If you take a parked one, it might have hydraulics built into it. You can modify many attributes including wheels, bumpers, colors, paint, etc. The shop is located in south-eastern Los Santos.
You can reach this shop with /tune2.

Wheel Arch Angels tunes a few select sports cars. I believe the Jester and Sultan are the only vehicles in the current LVP gamemode that can be tuned. You can tune very many options, and make them look very nice. Wheel Arch Angels is located in western San Fierro.
You can reach this shop with /tune.

I think the flash and the stratum are ingame too, and can both be tuned at wheel arch angels
