when do i become a rank higher not a noob rank ??

I do not wish to promote excessive posting to get a higher rank, as I find it a silly concept to think that a higher 'rank' actually gives you anything other than a different string below your name. Post for the sake of expressing opinion or such -- not for the sake of posting.
