Don't really like the font of 'Moderator of LVP'.
The font of 'Twilight' is really nicely done. ( Ctrl + J , mode = Overlay, right? )
Those black border around 'Twilight', is a brush, or not?

the border thingie around "Twilight" was done by messing around with some blending layer thingie, it's the blade runner font btw, didn't work out the way I wanted though :<
