explain to you what happend, because their English language is not as great as yours.

That's plain BS, we're not THAT cruel.

I do believe this bug exists, though I don't know how to 'activate' it.

As i have experienced the bug to do with the anti spawn killing (health flashing red, no weapons etc) I do know that this is infact a bug and i do beleive Soulripper could be telling the truth. Then again, we would have to do some sort of test to see if being nuked just after re spawning did infact kill you while you were still flashing red

Indeed. SoulRipper has played on the server for some time now and if he were to cheat he would have done so a long time ago. He's a skilled player and knows the rules on LVP, so what reason does he have to cheat? Anyway, I think this needs to be looked into because there could be a problem with the timer that controls the spawn protection, making this bug occur sporadically rather than something that can be easily reproduced. It's not acceptable to say "I think we're done here" just because he was not able to reproduce the bug. Further investigation is required.

Thank you all for your help
By the way, i never said my health was flashing?
And i believe there is no way to 'activate' it. Its comes random and do
random shit.

I realize that this bug may occur, but you should definitely do something about fixing it once you realize three Admins following and attacking you. I suggest next time, SoulRipper, you do so before the ban happens. I did not ban too quickly, as we tested him for over 10 minutes. Like I said, we gave plenty of time for him to reconnect or at least tell us that he had no idea what was going on. And for the record, just because someone has played on a server a long time doesn't mean they won't start cheating. I've banned players with over 100 hours before. It might have been a Singleplayer Trainer still left open, or an accidental Modification done. It doesn't matter. For someone to say that simply because someone's been playing on a server a long time that they will never cheat is insane. SoulRipper has been unbanned, but only because a few people PM'ed me on the matter.

Then why don't you believe him? Even a blind man can see that he's telling the truth.

He's literally begging you all to unban him, someone who cheats doesn't go that far begging ppl to unban them, they would simply change their IP or whatever.

I'm not saying that it is not possible they will be found cheating with 100+ hours of in-game time, but how many regulars have you actually banned for suspected cheating? All I was trying to point out is that it needs to be questioned as to the likelihood of a regular player cheating and to not totally dismiss their claims of a possible bug. I think benbmyers is right here; you need to test whether your /nuke command can kill a player with spawn protection.

Yes they do. The people that beg, double/triple post, insult admins etc are the most likely to have actually cheated. SoulRipper did not beg. He stated what had happened, posted details in a bug report and spent significant time on these forums. In my opinion that doesn't fit the profile of a cheater. Anyway, he has now been unbanned. I don't usually get involved in these matters, but I just cannot stand by when there has clearly been an injustice served.

It doesn't kill with sp on, tried that before.

We were checking things, he's unbanned now. We discussed it in the crew and maybe things I haven't seen.

People beg a lot, especially the 'real' cheaters.
