I have had some fantastic times with you guys and i wish it could have been for longer. Unfortunately, i cannot stand back while having my friends flamed to high heavens without anyone doing something about it. I want to thank you all for being awesome and putting up with me on TS. This clan is one of the strongest on lvp and i hope you guys keep that up. Much love to everyone.

I'm not sure you're wording this correctly -- backing your friends up and flaming the enemy are two different things.

I agree that the flaming was getting out of hand and, in my opinion, I think all those participating in the flaming should have been warned and/or muted on the forum, including yourself. That may at least have allowed time for things to settle. But, I'm not the one responsible for managing the forum and I'm pretty sure tomozj cannot just mute or warn whoever he wants; it needs to be for sustained flaming and/or spamming on the forums and approved by the management (I could be wrong on that). In any case, this is no reason to leave B&A. However, Buhu and I have seen this time and time again so it doesn't really come as a surprise that you would come to this decision. You want to support your clan mates and back them up, but leaving isn't going to achieve that and flaming back just makes things worse. Anyway, good luck with whatever you do as otherwise you are a pretty cool guy.

Tomoz you always had the knack for stating the obvious. Ofcourse its two different things but the way you handled the situation was very wrong. If i flame, fair enough... give me warning/mute/whatever. But beethi was being flamed and u did nothing and u have the nerve to turn around and say that santino was right or that he had a point. Beethi is in BA and she was posting in BA thread. Its HER thread. NOONE should have the right to come in HER thread and flame her. She has NEVER flamed anyone. All i asked was to treat others just like u treated me. If you gave me a warning then i dont see how you cannot give santino a warning. Anyone who will read santino's post will know its a flame. even you agreed with it tomoz but did nothing about it.

You are right RSole, leaving the clan wouldnt help much. I know that. I am not the kind of guy who just leaves the clan over some argument and i thought i made this point in the pm with you on irc but if you want to push this shit on me like i left becoz i didnt get what i want then id say its pretty sad that after all this time you know nothing about my character. Thats not me. But here is the choice i was being given. Either shut up and dont flame at all, even when defending ur friend, ur clan mate.. OR.. say something and get warned. No mention of the other guys or what will happen to them. Infact, anyone can come and flame us and there wont be any consequences. And i am not the one to just sit back and take it from anal monkeys like maddolis or santino... or let any of my friends take that shit. Its a matter of principle.

I'd rather 'publicly' speak for myself first.

I never said that he was flaming, I said he was insulting maybe, but he had his reasons too. He was calling beethi a pathetic whatever BECAUSE of something she did ingame. I think that's fair game really, unless we want to be acting on a Guantanamo Bay level of strictness on the forums. We let some stuff slip, but when you post a picture of someone up and say "lmao look" that's really stupid.

And we're all big enough to be able to handle ourselves -- if that's what everyone did then 99% of flamewars wouldn't break out. Come back with a witty remark which isn't flaming or breaking any rules, or be the bigger person and walk away - whichever you want.

And of course I'm stating the obvious -- but you still aren't getting my point!

I can distribute warnings and such as I like, however I work with the rest of the forum administration team and I make decisions with them.

First of all it's pretty strange to see you acting like a good samaritan, pretending you back your so called clan mates up no matter what while you have flamed me numerous of times when things didn't fly your way or when you didn't agree with certain decisions.

You also seem to have a huge problem with differiating the roles and duties some people have in B&A. I will take tomozj as an example here as he is the most obvious. You attack him because he didn't stand up for his own clan and you thereby seem to forget that tomozj has an admin duty on this forums which is in no way related to B&A. I am fully aware that this is not an ideal position but we have to work with what we have. With all that I come to the conclusion that you leave B&A because you have problem with how this forum is managed which is also in no way related to B&A. As I've stated to you in our little PM on IRC the topic was closed on request of RSole and me in an attempt to stop the flaming. This was not the decision of tomozj. We felt this was the only thing left to try because we have warned you and other parties involved countless times.

I also completely disagree with you that this is "HER" thread, this is a public forum and B&A owns nothing on this forum. We cannot force anything upon anyone as we don't have any power. We have members with powers on this forum but those do not belong to B&A nor should they.

So I'll come with a simple conclusion here: B&A does not have ANY authority in any public thread. Yet you leave B&A because we didn't do anything about the other flamers. Which is also for a pretty obvious reason, we CAN'T do anything about them. The ONLY thing we could do is what we did, close the topic.
