I was thinking along the line of (Going into writing mode):

(say)6 months from now.  LVP 3 is out.  There are 4 big mainstay gangs.  The Mafia/[H] alliance, The clowns, Coldthugz, and TRNG (made up bc i couldn't decide who to put in 4th).  With 3.0, gangs have ACTUAL bases and there is a war between Mafia and TRNG (not a war like they are now, but a WAR!).  A 2 man team runs in and nades a truck on our route.  We mark those 2 people and put them on a hit list.  We then give the hit list to the Assassins, who then go and kill those said people.  Those 2 get killed and screenshots of their death appear on the Hit List thread as a reminder.

Basically, the Assassins go and kill who gets put on a hit list, which gets posted on a thread dedicated to it.  The soldiers are the soldiers so they take care of day to day (hitman service, routes, battles, ect) , but only Assassins kill people on the hit list.  I hope people understand me on this because I think it would be cool.

Thanks infamous for that video, it actually gave me an idea....but I'm not quite sure when I start filming and edition. Almost done with the script. Actually...I'm starting a Scarface film as well.
