Hard Race - Hijacked?!

I was doing the Hard Race with some people, and after 1 minute or so (before the race finished) i was the only guy left.
Around 10 seconds after all people has dropped out (and i was the only one left) i got: 'You have been hijacked' as a gametext in red.

And directly after the hijack (after i exited the vehicle) i crashed. (Couldn't save the dump, sorry.)

I think i found out how this bug works:
Steps to reproduce:

-Drive a car and join a race
-Stay in the car until the race starts

If someone then enters your old car (then one you were in before the race started) you will get the message 'You have been hijacked!' and you will leave the race
I encountered this twice already, while racing the 'Hard Race' which i started myself

Yes, I've noticed that as well, that's why I never sit in cars when starting races anymore
