hey i found this bug either, in verdant meadows the day maoiriboy is talking about but i found it last day playing around los santos.

In the small town on the way from las venturas to los santos a small town where a patriot is found, dont know the name now will add it later cant go in-game because writing this from another computer im not @home tonight so i cant replay it yet will @it tomorrow.

No need to report it, we know that this bug happens for a while already, we know the cause of it, we know where (All race start locations), we know why... But we don't have a proper solution yet.
So reporting it isn't needed.
