Caught Admin Lash abusing Commands

Hello everyone.. This is what happened in game.. 
We all were playing together then a hacker named GangbangMC came.. he was using rapidfire with aim.. He was rekting all guys on server in the presence  of admin.. he approached lash and some of his bullets did damage to lash.. when gangbangMC was gone.. (don't know why he didn't killed us) lash health was around 30-40hp.. he did some /health_full command and refilled his heath..i mean guys were still there n he used that commands in between us.. after this his mate killed me.. i was unable to record this all on time but i got screenshot of chat i did with lash..He gave a reason that Cheater was shooting him but actually GangbangMC didnt even killed them.. n till the time i was in game admin lash didn't even kicked the hacker..

If you're gonna tell a story please make sure that you have all the facts straight!
My turn: I did not know the guy was hacking untill I was told by another player, at the time the hacker was AFK. So I will not just sit and wait for him to come back, right? So I took a little strole around LV with my turismo car and my friend who was with me the whole time.
So here what happened; there were 2 hackers present in that area, the 1st hacker was in a car and he was using speedhacks and he rammed me then I banned him first, then seconds later the aimbotter/healthhacker was shooting my car and it was set on fire, so before I banned him I repaired my vehicle and then banned him, since his aimbot was pretty good he also took off all my armor and drained my health to 20. The friend that was with me has stepped away from the situation and then he attacked you and killed you, you tried to hide behind my car then I moved away and he killed you. So if the reason you are complaining is that you were killed and I wasn't, than that is just sad, I was attacked by a hacker and you were attacked by a regular player. So if the situation was that I had godmode, which I can turn on/off whenever I desire (as long as I do not harm other players) I am very much allowed to do so. So the fact that I refilled my health was not to kill you or something, I don't know if you felt threatened by me after saving your ass from TWO hackers or what. But if you expected me to maybe do something about my friend who was attacking you afterward, there isn't much to do.
