We didn't let anyone collect b/c it wasn't legit money, which wouldn't be fair.  We were actually testing something with money, and decided to "play" a bit with the bounties

You could've let KS collect it if you were worried about abuse. I'm just curious what would happen in that situation; I wonder whether money would be added or taken away and also whether the normal SA money limits would kick in. It'd also be kinda funny to see someone get a billion dollar tax bill.
