It appears to me like Xanland took care of this, as he was on IRC when this happen. Snowman did quit it when he was told to, as your logs say as well. So I don't really see any reason to keep this, unless you got something else to come forward with, I will close this.

He is now banned for a quite a long time, so he shouldn't bother you for a while. Also, Xan was ingame when this happened as noted above. Closed.
