Welcome, Now first of all, lets take a look at the past...
Then, not so long ago...
Then,
And Now,
That is, 12 days Ban.
And there was me,
On the first EVER Ban, got complete 1 month ban, with no proofs of any hack/cheat/bug, whatsoever. I never did abuse/disrespect/insult any admin on the server. Didn't ban evade as a regard to the admin's decisions. Straightforward, Accepted a punishment for something i never did.
What I wanna ask is, aren't the rules and punishments supposed to be same for everyone?
If the server has some special provisions for a few people, then I request you to please mention such provisions and name of such players/VIPs to whom these provisions have been made available, in the 'News & Information' Section.
It will help other not-so-special players to mend themselves accordingly.
Now please don't just close/lock/delete this topic. I just need a valid answer, nothing else.
And i also request the replying admins, don't just lock it right after your reply, as I would like to present my views further according to the reply.
Others are free to present their views too
Thank you for your time.

Howdy,
Ban durations can and often do vary from case-to-case. We tend to review factors such as the player's history (internal crew notes, kicks, bans) along with their overall behavior to determine a suitable punishment (and, if applicable, duration). I agree that there's a lack of consistency at times - where one admin might consider a short ~7 day ban, another may feel a month ban is suitable. As with most communities such as ours, crew members are volunteers, and with that comes discretion of how best to handle a situation. If we were to to be strict in this area, we'd probably not have any crew members at all. We, the LVP management, can't, and don't want to, tell crew members how to administrate. We can offer input and feedback, but really nothing more.
With that in mind, we're currently working on revised/updated Crew Guidelines. The old ones had been abandoned for quite some time, and were rather outdated (broken links, parts of it didn't reflect the current era of LVP and/or SA:MP, etc). This document advises crew members of potential options/solutions to common situations or problems.
I hope that helps.

I agree ban durations vary from case-to-case, keeping in mind the history, behavior, kicks, bans etc. It also depends on ones personal discretion, and bonding admins in strict rules is not an option, but atleast there should be some regulations, someone supervising them, Admins should not be equal to Gods.
And about personal discretion, there is a limit to these things. A judge in a court, sentencing someone may leave a first time small thief with a warning and fine, But he never spares a first time murder just bcz its his first time.
Same is the case on server , a first time bug abuse or small misunderstandings can go with a warning or small bans. But if admin knows someone is hacking, then the punishment should be same for all , considering past bans. AND, if the admin is not -sure-enough for a long ban, then why to ban at all??
Edit- And also make the admins clear , that they need the server, not the other way around. Anyone who feel being pressed by any rules or supervising, then they may feel free to leave. A bad crew is worse than no crew.

There is supervision, management and other admins often do call crew members out if they see fit. If I happen to see an area in which a crew member could have handled a situation better, I tell them. Obviously I'm not going to nit-pick on everything I disagree with as this is a gameserver community after all. We're all here to have fun and relax.

That's a rather peculiar comparison, and an unfair one at that. As I said, this is a gameserver community - we'd soon end up draining the fun out of it if we became too strict. The crew is by no means a free for all. People wouldn't get away with going on an unjustified banning montage, for instance. Similarly, we're not going to strip people of their crew status if they jail or kick inappropriately a couple times.
We're not perfect as a crew. I'm not perfect as a management member. No one is. Our community has seen a significant rise in player count compared with 2014 and 2015, so we're clearly doing something right as a team.
