why the LVP is so down always 10 to 9 players
reason: ppl are not getting registered when they join first time LVP and they also can't save money in bank and many things they can't do without registration. people don't like to go in the website to register themselves this is very hard and long.. in 90 percent samp servers have registration in game... like if a player join the server dan the player'll get registration box.... or in many server ppl register by /register password...
so
please make registration method in game to grow up LVP  this suggestion is best for LVP...

Not really, it is a pretty big change nobody is willing to make at the moment.
