Was kicked by cake for saying kanker. Did not say it; look up the logs. Afterwards I went into the server, saying "I DID NOT SAY KANKER DO YOU UNDERSTAND" and then I was banned for 1 month. Listen; I really hope you demote this powerhungry short-fused what-ever-he-is.

You've a problem with not reading and/or understanding at all, which is fine, we got plenty of time to make things clear for you here. First, ban length: whenever someone is banned it's for a default length of one month, nothing we do about that. We just initiate the ban ingame, then the ban record is made in the database with unban date a month from that moment. You got all mad at me because I banned you for 1 month but if you would've actually read when I explained you need to appeal before an actual date is set, you wouldn't have to get angry and all.

Then, your behaviour ingame with that pal of yours: Fusez. Fusez thought it would be fun to test tonight's limits by using the certain word LikeG6 was banned for yesterday. When he gets kicked for it, you decide to have a taste of it and do exactly the same. But no, even after a kick you need to continue yelling in caps the exact word you and Fusez got kicked for only a few seconds before.

Rejoining the server, then saying the word whilst explaining I did NOT say it the first time got me banned. This was my first offence of saying the word; don't you believe a ban is a bit extensive in this situation? If anything, this is entrapment and harrasment of a senior loyal member of the LVP community. I'll await till management gets a hold of this. I honestly hope estroe will follow through on his promise of not promoting developers to an administrative extent and demote you. You are by far the most unpopular admin in LVP history besides TEF. The only difference between TEF and you is you are immature and are harrasing people. TEF didn't.

Even HaZe, who isn't particularly fond of me, disagrees with your ban; I didn't even use the word in a hostile way.

You'll find that I did not, which explains why I actually used the word later on; to explain that I didn't use the word. I did not use it in any hostile manner, nor did I use it to flame anybody. I simply said "I DID NOT SAY XXXXX". How is this a legitimate ban, and how is this not entrapment?

I'm glad you find me retarded, and that you are 'laughing your arse off' over my ban appeal. I'm glad to know the LVP community is being administered by a professional yet mature crew. You're a disgrace to all the good admins out there and their work. Maybe you find it retarded to actually care for the returning of loyal members of the community, which is just yet another reason why you shouldn't be a part of the crew.

If you don't care about being demoted, you certainly don't care enough to be an administrator, which is yet another reason why you shouldn't be a part of the otherwise professional and mature crew, who are doing the best they can to ensure LVP will continue being a great community for us all.

This topic is however not about your admin status. I have voiced my concern about your administrative role enough times, and I simply hope my voice, amongst many others, will be heard by the management, whom I also trust to void my ban.

We enforce the same rules regarding other words, which you, as a very senior and loyal member, should probably know. That's why I am still wondering why you would repeat somebody who got kicked for it, and then even do it again in full caps (as I asked on IRC).

You seem to keep reading past my explanation; I did not say it the first time, of which I got kicked for (check the logs). Then joining explaining I did not say the word and that the kick therefore were unfairly given. This time I used the word, however, to clarify what I did not say. I did not use the word in any hostile manner, simply as an explanation for why the kick wasn't rightly given. You responded with a ban. You should also have banned all the other people mentioning the word after my ban, if we were judged by the same measure. You did not, did you? Considering you didn't, it makes me wonder if it has anything to do with my person and simply because you like harassing me amongst many others.

We are getting nowhere with this. I'll await estroes decision.

I was actually at the forum writing ban appeal replies and trying to contact people on IRC, which deemed me more important rather than enforcing rules which +/- 4 other ingame admins were able to do so. Did you wonder that as well? Guess you didn't.

Considering they didn't take action, they must disagree with such short fused bans. Either that, or they have been inattentive. But as I said, let's leave it up for others to decide ban appeal. As I said, we are getting nowhere with this.

Due all my respect towards your decision cake, if Madlaggz statements are correct I would like to share my opinion regarding this case with a simplified instance.

Let us imagine that I am a father and I have a son who I happen to be having a conversation with and I erroneously hear him saying 'k-' so I decide to slap him and I command him to never repeat this word again. Correspondingly, my son raises his voice indignantly stating "WHY WOULD YOU SLAP ME, I HAVE NOT SAID 'K-' IN THE FIRST PLACE." Now I wouldn't slap him harder because he tried to justify his case by using the 'k-' word in a sentence that advocates his situation. I would rather roughen my voice a little bit and I would tell him "Fine" if I'm trying to keep my ego as a father. Or if I'm cool with it, I would just tell him I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, which I think I totally would do.

Ultimately, the decision is still back to cake, and of course the management team if any of them decides to interfere. So once again, with all of my respect to cake, his decisions, statements and status, it's just my personal opinion.
