Bunraku.

You'll either love it or hate it. It's unlike any movie I've seen before... a blend of kung-fu and western, set in the future, with no guns and the whole town looks like the mad house level from Max Payne 2.
I really enjoyed it.

Sweeney Todd

Only watched it cause a girl I know wouldn't stop whining. Why did she like it? Well, obviously because it has Johnny Depp in it. Why did I like it? Because it has Helena Bonham Carter in it, and it turns out I am kind of a romantic so the ending sort of got to me.
It's a good movie, worth watching and Burton is a great director.

Mad Max... didn't like it. About 90% of the movie just seemed pointless, pretty boring and uninteresting. And if the last 10 minutes of the film were supposed to make up for that, they didn't.

Lockout. Die-Hard scenario with a guy in a confined space trying to rescue a hostage from a group of escaped prisoners. By the people who made Taken, but not as good. Pretty average, but I have a thing for futuristic settings so that was a plus for me.
