Various crewmembers have looked at this, also people which are respected fighters so an argument saying "newfag admins don't know anything" is void.

The definition in the rules is as follows: "Cheating, following the definition "anything that gives you an unfair advantage over another player", is absolutely prohibited." What Nonzero did, gave him an advantage. He also fully knew it was against the rules and he knew this could happen. He's not some innocent guy who is getting punished too hard.

Yes, skinmods are normally allowed. But this particular one changes too much. Which he very much knows.
He loses HP in duels, sure, but not like any other person since he altered something which makes him a lot harder to be hit.

there are other skins that give u advantage aswell, wonder wheres the line between the skins that are allowed and which arent... apparently rules arent mentioning about it. dont see any reason why matrix was the one who replied, every other ban appeal random admin posts "wait for the admin who banned u to reply bla bla" maybe wanted to look tough or w/e everyone knows why he got admin rights lol and believe me its not because of his "favors" to server and because of his "huge" samp experience XDDDD

There is quite a difference in between a skin that is as tall as a normal skin's knee and a common skinmod (which aren't allowed btw)... you can't even hit someone with such a skinmod with a seasparrow or an rc plane since those things aim at the chest on your screen, I think that passes the "advantage line" quite a bit
