I'd like to buy a smartphone with Android, price range about 200-250€ max, any suggestions?

well, i got htc evo 3d, its great but the 3d seems to fuck up time-to-time(need to take the battery out because it shows 3d images in blurry 2d) + HTC's tend to overheat if ur into playing games during lessons. i still think its awesome.
