Anyway, yeah seems fine to me. Indeed the indention is a bit off and there are a few signs of inconsistencies and perhaps a few improvements could be made, but regardless he has a shown that he has an up-to-date understanding of PAWN and SA-MP.

Is he registered on the SA-MP forums? I'd like to see some of his posts and past history.

Excellent, he seems to have a lot of interest in SA-MP which is a good sign.

I think we need a new developer like him right now, since we still have to fix several bugs in the current gamemode.

We could try him out until we have a plan for LVP3, and if he's done any good work in the meantime, we could bring him in the next version's development team.
