because if im not wrong these numbers/letters will be some "C" or "C++" or some other shit that i dont know ;o XD

Hilarious. You are right in stating that it is possible to change the characters using either programming language, but there are far easier ways to do so (and more importantly: people who have done it before you). A quick Google search should provide a solution here.

Go to your GTA San Andreas folder > Models > delete fonts.txd > copy the new fonts.txd from here http://gtat.dracoblue.net/forum/showroom...o/12437/0/

also edited the skin off the weapons now.. looks smoother now
