I got GTA:SA installed again. Single player works fine.
I downloaded SA:MP. Installed it. I run it and it crashes on the loading screen.

I'm running Windows 7.

2) Aim for knee

Try reinstalling San Andreas in a different directory or
Rename your current San Andreas directory

Make sure you've a good crack, and also the latest samp client :?

What userless said or delete the 'gta_sa.set' file which usually is located in Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files.

It's the same one I been using since forever. And yes, latest SAMP client.

Run in XP compatibility mode or as administrator?

SA:MP > 'Properties' > 'Compatibility' > 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' try Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

Videocard is up to date?
everything is a worth a try right now :P, if that gta.set "deleted" ain't working keep trying other stuff.
After uninstall the GTA, delete the folders in my documents and in c:/programfiles.Install it again and see.

Set compatibility mode to Windows 98/me & check run as administrator for both GTASA.exe and Samp.exe :)
