That has nothing to do with it, how should gang colors be related to IRC colors? White is the color invalid gangs use, thus valid gangs are restricted not to use it. Secondly, we use '55' as alpha value, using higher values would avoid streets and buildings to be seen on the map, lower values would avoid zones to be seen, so that is an 'OK' value.

I added 20 new colors that have been choosen by xBluexFoxx, if you don't like them (or their names) blame him.
