APB and PMB

I decided to install APB to see what reloaded was now like (havn't played since the first beta) and I was looking over my programs to see where FirstLive was only to see Pando Media Booster appear in the installed programs (Control Panel) - Now I did a search on it but can't really find much info about it, only the fact 'virus' and 'spyware' comes up quite often.

But i've also read that APB comes with it and is harmless.. however I dunno which to believe tbh... cos Pando does sound like something a faggy virus would be named. Anyone who has APB have this program and can verify it?

It actually comes with quite a few free online games. Afaik, it's harmless. It just makes the game run faster.

I could be wrong, but it's never caused me any problems.

Yeah that's what I thought but it appears to me that it's a sponsor program and I never saw an option when installing to opt out.

There is a lot of things about Pando Media Booster if you google tho which does make you wonder but alot of things thesedays (which are legit) come under as false positives.
