LVP 2.93

I've had enough of LVP 2.93. I've been trying to correct issues with it for weeks and quite frankly haven't got the patience to continue.

I suggest we scrap gang turf related items with LVP 2.93. That means we will keep things like /rwtw and the derbies for the next update, which can be the Christmas update.

After Christmas we then start again with it, from scratch. It should use SQLite for performance and perform way less queries. (I don't care what anyone says, from my 2 and a half years experience of coding SA-MP gamemodes SQLite is much faster and more efficient for these types of things)
I'd be the one to write it.
We would keep things like the zone co-ords / names and the gang base stuff, it would just be a rewrite of the core.

Thoughts? (particularly from thiaZ)

I had no problems with the GameModeInit before, there were only bugs with the handler itself, but after you started to "optimize" things that shit occurred.

If you was a developer of this gamemode you would realise how stressful developing it really is because of the mess of it. What's even more frustrating is the lack of time we possess to clean it. Most of it is still in dutch.

Anyway, I'm going to revert to the original build of this gang stuff and start again. I'm not going to thread queries. I will have to go by each and every revision 1 by 1 and self implement any changes to the rest of the gamemode. I'll then apply the query optimizations without the threads in a hope that this will resolve all the issues. I've almost finished.
