SA-MP version 0.3b R2 or R3 will do fine, however this nick isn't even registered, so try registering it first please. This seems too suspicious to me though.

Alright, sorry for the late reply. Your nick fell into a range ban, and it's been added to the exceptions. I guess you'll be able to play now, but if you ever want to use a different nick let a crew member know first, or you might be auto-banned again. Hope my suspicions are wrong
