I do not think so, you were standing still for a long time, that does not sound like the truth to me.
Also you were not near the ship, you were next to the fightclub!

Normally I would demand the truth, first but I was only planning on banning you for one day and that has almost passed. Just to bad you had to lie about it.
You were reported for timing out every time you are about to lose a fightclub match. That is not fair to the other players.

seriously im not lying to u tBKwtWS..when i start playing around 8 am (GMT + im not get banned yet..when i have killed around 5 players it said i've been banned where i want refill near ship.. i dont know why im always timeout when i fight bronc,when i fight other player doesn't be like that,oh i think u banned me cause im cheating..

anyway thx dude..i will follow the rules but if im always timeout how? banned me again? -.-'

Well, I can't explain why you were not where you say you were.
I can only answer your question. The next time I get the same complaint, I will not ban you directly but try to see and or test if it is a random or deliberate timeout.
