WRITE CLEAR RULES, to prevent bans by someone for following rules of elseone

Now can anybody write a similar rule about teleporting commands?

This is why I have much more deaths than kills. Maybe I should use some commands to get away when I don't want to fight? (I will not use them to avoid death during a fight).

At the moment if you call for a /taxi or /dive and you have recently been in a gunfight you're denied - and you are told so.
So just expand the time. Make it so people can't use /taxi /world /visit /tune /dive /tp etc for 30 seconds after shooting a weapon.
If you are shot at and don't fight back you can use these commands without delay which isn't abuse.
If you fired a gun, the 30 second delay would give the 'attacker' a fairly decent chance to gun you down before you get a chance to abuse them.

I was just hanging out in another world and then Ryder was shooting at me so i did /dive so I wouldn't lose all of my Money. I forget which admin, but someone had told me that if you are not firing back at the person you can /dive away from them so you don't die.

I can confirm that Trial123 is right. In my case, TEF was the one who told me that is our rights to defence in any way as long as we not shoot the attacker, and to not report players who used commands without being in a fight... Yes, I abused several times in january, but later I always tried to follow that rule and use commands ONLY when I not shoot the attacker, escaping by driving or accepting death in other situations... but I still had problems with the admins!?!?
WTF!? Did the rules were changed and I did not noticed? Some admins applies different rules? Or some players reported what is not against rules?

1. I found a Sultan in front of ship, entered in it, but it was stucked in The Strip bushes, I decided to /tune and right in that moment someone shooted me, got kicked in tune shop... I told to all that I intended to use that car and not to avoid death, no answer, so I had to take the kick more as misreporting rather than advertisment.
2. I was idling and chatting on the ship, Killtime was started, I didn't wanted to participate, so I do /visit to can chat safety, but minimized game to watch TV and forgot to return... after 1 hour I did not found a kick for idling, but a kick for ESC & /visit abuse. No idea what else I should do in this case, and probably it was my last advertisment before getting banned.
3. I was ALONE in police parking, called /taxi 0 to get in a more populated place, paused for about 30 seconds for looking to map or minimizing, then misteriously... banned! I will never understood what happened IF Matthias did not told me in forums that undercover Violax tried to kill me while I was paused. I think so... 10 seconds of taxi waiting + 20 more seconds of pausing, allowed others to come. Taxi+ESC is usually used for death avoiding. But in my case how could be death-avoiding abuse if I did not saw anyone shooting to me? OK, I should pause only after taxi arrives to avoid being accused for abusing, but I imagine if someone shooting me last second before arrival, would be banned anyway?

This ban made me to take the problem in serious. I made this topic trying to understand what is allowed and what is abuse, and to create a same rule to be followed by everyone. Topic stupidly locked due of Mark off-topic posts. For the first time, someone (estroe) told me the new rule, so I started to use these commands less frequently than before.

4. In a worst moment of inventing a nice gang name, and no intention to deathmatch, undercover Matthias teleported to me, I didn't really wanted to avoid death but got messed in keys and do /visit... for moment I said that was a mistake... but later I realized that I had my rights to get away because I didn't shooted him (at least in case of abusive teleporting).
5. I teleported to random people and start shooting to them. Most told me why teleported, it's unfair to teleport to kill, stop teleport abusing, while some do /world, /tune, /taxi + esc, etc... I told them that I got banned for this, but they do not care, telling me that as long as they don't shooted back they have all the rights to defence.

What is wrong with Matthias? This server is becoming now a DM-only server? Killing and then use commands to avoid being killed is abuse, but why is abusive to use commands without trying to kill others?? According Matthias' bad mind, any command used, even if is used just for purpose of travel around, means a risk for getting banned if someone is around?
I was told to use commands or press ESC to counter carbombs. I do it for long time with Bubbles but also with some admins, without getting any warning, but later Ryder banned me for doing it.
Is clearly that some admins applies some rules never applied by other admins and not knew by most of players.

IF is allowed to reject the fight and get away in any possible way, as long as we not shooted back the attacker, why I was banned so many times by following this rule?
IF is not allowed to use any command to avoid any kind of attack, I am sorry for all abuses, now told this to all other players and ban half of server!
This will make the playing much harder and annoying and will lead to new questions and accidental abuses: what if we are shooted while waiting taxi? or after sign-up in minigames? Is allowed at spawnpoints, in case of not having weapons, in cruises?

The correct question is:
In which conditions is allowed to use commands?
Write a clear rule about this similar with about shiplaming, to be applied by ALL admins, and I promise, I will take all possible care to not break it. Hope others will do the same.

I miss the point of this post.. your previous topic regarding this subject was answered before Mark even posted.

Teleporting to someone to kill him is fine. That's not using commands to avoid death, that's using a command to cause death.

Your reply is pretty useless, since 90% of players still not follows it, and 75% of admins don't applies the rule, even with numerous players reported.
It should be written HERE, and with longer description to avoid misinterpretation, otherwise people may use them "for teleporting as main purpose" no matters if were shooted or not.
But I wonder that anybody reads that page when enters in a new server, also I wonder if more than 10% of regular players readed it, try linking it to main page with a big red text
Some time ago unregistred players saw window with rules, and had a row of infomarkers, now they get spawn in a indoor maze with infomarkers. I don't know when and why was changed, but is an incredibly stupid idea to hide the rules through a maze.
I remember reading the rules when they were written in a topic somewhere in this forum, with a lot of details.

Matthias, go home!! I didn't even expected you to be allowed to post in CSI section! I can give you the award "the worst admin" just to get the fuck out from my businesses. I will never understand how 15 year kids without brain or any kind of thinking device and behavior like a robot became admins in this server! Use your fucking eyes and read my post again many times as you need to understand that I was ALREADY following rules... someone's rules... I was confused and not in good mood to change my habits everytime when you come online!
