Alpha Versions / Milestones

For every milestone we complete, we should organise a time for the beta team members to meet up for when that milestones deadline is up. We should call this Alpha x (incrementing for every test) so the beta testers can track testing. We should post the topic showing details as early as possible so we know who can come and whether it will be necessary to organise a new time.

Regular testing after each milestone should help us find any bugs.

I've posted a possible thread for the beta boards which can be moved to that section once everyones agreed.

Funny, when I was thinking about the roadmap when watching the movie I was just thinking about this as well. Which is why I agree with this plan. A week before a milestone we should announce a betatest for the day after the milestone finishes, for a general test of all new functions and changes, and for a test of other stuff as well, to see if everything is still working.

So I'd say: Let's do this.
