Somehow it needs really much time until i can see whos admin if i type /admins or anything ... (Sorry dont know how to write it best cause i am German ^^).

I also can see any Pings if I press Tab.
In the SAMP Client i got a Ping of 130-200ms

Are you sure your page isn't scrolled up? Try pressing page down.

Otherwise, it's either ping lag or the white bug (reconnecting fixes it).

I tryed to reconnect all the Time... then i suddenly got Weapons everytime i died, after some times i got the same Problem as before reconnectiong. After the Server were Restartet it worked for a short time and then i had the same Problem again .... Reconnecting didnt work.
