VIP member abuse

Hello all,

I just started playing on this server. At first I didn't even register, but anyway here's the story.

I was standing on the ship, and read the rules that it's a safezone, where you can't punch/shoot anyone. Ok, very cool story.

Then some guy dappamikey showed up, and started punching me. So I've send him a PM with the message: you have a problem reading? Then he felt upset about that, and told me if I abused him one more time (yeah, I abused him appearantly when I said 'fuck off'), he would mute me. So I asked him cause he's an admin he can punch people on the ship. After that I got muted.

Then I left the server, and came back with another name and asked him 'wtf is your problem', then I got muted again. Is this the way you guys treat newcomers? I played first with the name DasKlaus, I didn't do anything against the rules, just standing on the ship making some money untill that very special feeling guy showed up and started punching me and then abusing his stuff on me. Not cool. I've played on many servers and I respect the rules, but I never saw anything like this, it doesn't make any sense. I left the server again before I got a ban (for what?), but you never know with some people. This guy annoyed me and I said some sarcastic stuff about it, nothing more nothing less.

So someone tell me what's up with this.

to start, dappamikey is not an admin. People that donated get the ability to mute people when there is no crew online.

When did this happen? Around the time you posted this? Makes it a lot easier for me to search the logs.

Yes, this happened just before I posted this. I also went back in the server, and went back to the ship where the same guy was punching me again. He wisely said he would ignore me (and I really didn't do anything wrong) because I told him I made a vid of him abusing his powers, so this time he didn't mute me for abuse.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply, we have reviewed the logs and your video (thank you for adding that). I have also seen something I do not like so we are removing his rights to mute. Please note that we do not allow the members of LVP to be treated this way and we also do not allow users with rights to abuse them. Sorry for the trouble and hopefully this won't happen again.

Thank you for taking this seriously. It's not the silly punching itself that pissed me off, but just there are rules that should apply for all. And if I refer to rules it's weird I get muted for that. If someone can't stand being told to fuck off when he's annoying he probably shouldn't play samp in my opinion.
