The only problem with this is the tax. You could sell all then get taxed quite a lot of money if you have a lot of properties. But that's where a quick /bank all comes into it.

About the losing the RP bit, what's so RP about standing somewhere and typing /sell then typing each single property ID?

"/sell all" and then only sell the properties you own for over 30 minutes, just like /sell'ing them 1 by 1.

Yea but selling 1 by 1 gets too annoying if you need to quickly escape from game.

I agree with tomozj here. Adding one command to instantly sell all of your properties isn't very realistic and by doing that you're basically taking out the biggest role-play feature Las Venturas Playground has. However, I believe players should have an option to either sell of their properties instantly using "/sell all", or alternatively, go round selling their properties individually. Choosing the latter should be more beneficial to their bank account, too.

"/sell all" obviously wouldn't spam the chat with property new-messages, rather one message, "[BB]Phyc0 has sold of his/her properties!". Selling the properties individually wouldn't cause spam either as most of the 'big' properties are spread out all over the map.

By doing this you're fixing two problems; first being the obvious spam, and secondly, Las Venturas Playground's economy. Because let's face it, most of us are probably going to use the "/sell all" option anyway.

Maybe everybody is happy when you need to drive to a place where you can /sell all? (a brokershouse or what you call it in english)

"/sell all" is a needed command... its annoying to type all the time /my props ... /sell [id] ... /my props ... /sell [id] ... and so on.

also i dont understand, why i have to own the prop for 30min to sell it from anywhere? senseless.

I vote for removing the possibility of selling a property from anywhere on the map, and revert back to the old style of driving to it and selling.
