Lol, its not on the PS3 because Rockstar made a contract with Microsoft that they would make episodes for the Xbox360 afaik

Microsoft's contract for xbox-only content will run out in april afaik, so, IF there will be Lost & Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony released for PC it will be then.

Maybe Microsoft will pay again to continue the contract tho...
