i got banned for GM'S cheating

i was banned cos a gm cheated against me by following me in water when i was on a boat and he was in helicopter and i got banned for reporting wtf this is fucking bullshit.

i had 100m on my head and a gm spawned a heli out of the water
when i shot him down twice i get a ban cos i happen to ruin his chances

well fuck it im not spamming im complaining cos why was it allowed for a ban when i report a cheating gm why ha????????? why ????? im confused most people fget banned for useing cheats or hacks but i nave never ever used any. but when i see someone following me in the water then in the sky with a helicopter then back in water then back in sky again i get a ban cos i report then??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
