First suggestion a ping limit i´ve seen people with 65000+ ping not only they lag but it makes the server lag so lag for everybody, second suggestion its not fair to buy spawn weapons then your game crashes and you lose everything so why not make like a 5 minutes thing ill explain for example you buy spawn weapons your games crashes then you would have 5 minutes to login or your weapons would be lost could be done with properties too (like littlewhitey server) or you could just make spawn weapons for ever even if u log off well ether of those would be good

About the ping: 65000 means that the server somehow can't get a ping. Real ping is unknown tho...

And about the spawn weapons:
