I agree with the points that Peter expressed above, as we haven't seen anything to prove that the sync is good, which is important for online games.
Also, it seems that MTA has alot of features that please the eye, but lack things like SA-MP's virtual worlds, which are very handy but aren't immediately identifiable.
MTA is too late, and it seems that 0.2.2 (in my opinion) will bring some new features, and not only bugfixes. If the SA-MP dev team can come up with some nice features like the object skinning, and maybe allow gamemode scripters to resize objects, for example, MTA
M will be dead on arrival.

A:R, a maximum number of 32 players. Do you think there will be the possibility to increase this number in your next version?
