achievements are sotred on your Games for Windows Live account, so you shouldn't lose them

Yeah it'd make having an account for achievements useless (especially if it's MS!) if they rely on your game to remain installed.

The problem is that I have been playing the game offline for entire summer until I discovered what was the connection bug which didn't let me to sign in to SC and GFWL, so then I signed in, and those problems started to occur, I needed to update the GFWL but couldn't, and I didn't get my achievements I made offline to my LIVE account.
