Interior Weapon handler

I noticed a new interior weapon handler was written due to issues with the anti team kill failing. However, it has a few problems:
  • GetPlayerWeaponData has an issue with the ammo parameter. It's mostly incorrect.
  • It's more stress on the server
  • Players are complaining about loosing ammo after purchasing spawn weapons

The anti team kill issue was a bug with SA:MP's native, Get/SetPlayerTeam. However, it can, and has, been fixed locally.

I'm suggesting that for the sake of bugs, the weapons handler be disabled. I don't care what TEF says, you cannot damage other players with rocket launchers, grenades, etc. I've fixed the system, and as you can see from the robbery minigame, the fix works. Players will have weapons in doors, but they will not be able to damage other players with those weapons.

It's far less stressful on the server and will prevent a lot of bugs. What do you guys think?

I'm okay with it if you can show me that there is absolutely no way to kill others inside.
