Yea its 100 player server online per district, imagine the SAMP official server list as actual neighborhoods that you can freely move around in as you explore the world.

So you can stay in one district and grow in popularity their, or expand further out.

Halo and CoD4 are both good games (although I haven't played either), but there's no law of physics that states that there can only be one good game every few years.
This thread is about APB, and unless you're drawing comparisons between APB and any other game, then there shouldn't be arguments over which game is better between 2 games unrelated to APB.
