Hello, I tried to appeal a ban in a topic I made yesterday in the Ban Zone. I think TEF was rude by the way he replied to my post and how fast he closed and deleted it before any other admins or mods could take a look at it. I just wish my case would be considered by other admins.

it's quite simple; you cheated, you won't be unbanned. TEF was fully right in doing so.

but my point is why wouldnt he let another admin see it and think about it?

Because our decisions when it comes to cheating do not differ. Cheating = lifetime ban; it doesn't matter who banned you or who responds to your appeal.
