extra notes: hello its me [NiP]Ciga_85 me and my brother K1NEZ_ZUTI play on lvp since august 2008 i think i start first than whan he start to play i teach him everything about swiching and everything else so he was like good from the begining.he have few more register names whan he play with friends and have fun like undercover but that is his life its ok.i talk with wesley on irc before half an hour and he said someone cheat on your ip its K1NEZ_ZUTI my brother who have 22 years more mature than me 23 years and he hates cheaters like noone swearing and everything because he think that cheaters are retarded or they dont like samp because they will be banned in 5 min and thats it.we report together more than 1000 times cheaters and suspicius players, why? because we hate them ofc we know to play and we dont need cheats to won against someone.Me ciga_85 was away from home over a month and he was playing enjoying playing lvp and we was talking about that he was happy because whan i am at home i was playing with Mafo in [NiP].
Now what realy hapens before few days.Like i said i was more than 1 month in other city working and i come back before about 10 days.he join on LVP to play and i was in my backyard.he buy weaps and start playing he said he not kill anyone because on the start he saw a cheater inside amunation or /taxi 4.cheater was shoting at the door and he have noreload.My brother use /report 77 noreload.he come out and than drive to another amunation or old /newtaxi 2 than cheater comes out from amunation and start atacking my brother and he run from cheater in amunation.than my brother again run out and see cheater is there and there was [CF]Lastrace or [CF]Oasis too dont remember right.cheater was nading and he was nading too and cf was runing than my bro come in amo again.than [CF] write on main chat carcas ban id 77 cheats noreload.K1NEZ again use /report 77 noreload and godmod.and after 2 minutes whan noonw ban that guy he wrote pm to carcas like this hi man id 77 cheats check him something like that.and then my bro go on wc to shit and he come back after 10 min.he saw banned, reason: baibai.we have screenshot it was in amunation he was idling 10 min because he was on wc. after this he call me from backyard and said me that he was banned.i ask him what hapens and he explain to me. i suspect that maybe is spam 3 times report or wrong id banned. we was banned 2 times before reasons : myn flaming i am sorry for that + i was banned for noreload like cheat because whan i come out from amunation i start to shot one guy and cheater shot too and that guy who was killed report me and i was banned omfg that was few months ago and it was mistake, and my bro was banned because he report one cheater and joe explode that guy and that guy piced of and start talking that k1nez is cheater than my brother write on main chat - i am cheater and he forgot to write ????? than joe unban him imidietly saying that he must to watch what write lol.why i write this? i think my ip was diferent or i dont have good memory and think this is maybe range ban or something.
