[Unbanned]matrix_smith banned for weird reason

WHY: It's not really clear to me. I was flying in a helicopter to chop of some heads. When i was flying over the strip my chopper kind of "spawned" back at the las venturas airport with me in it. When i tried to fly, the heli got all laggy and stuff. then i saw a message showing up in the left corner "people here don't fly cars usually and don't nob players either" (or something like that) I had no idea what it ment. I was flying in a freaking maverick!! NOT A CAR!!! I don't even know what nobbing is...

Note: I did not use ANY kind of cheats or other hack things. I really like your server. Maybe in the future I'm donating to it so you can realize that i got really pissed about this!!!!   hope you can fix this for me!  I DID NOT DO ANYTHING AGAINST THE RULES.
