Litle carspawn / cartrain fun with fireburns server

we had a little carspawn / cartrain fun with fireburns little scripting server.

new command to spawn all cars   60 in total.

and we had like 200 cars on one place

some places even my pc have 2 or 4 fps.. its just... sa engine isent made for 200 cars at the same spot
