[COMPLAINT] Ship Kill, then log off

This week I saw people ship-kill then log out, this has happened to me 4 times this week. When the ship-killer comes back, he says its a jail-bug. Please find a solution for this.

ontopic: Yes its true, i have had it even more times this week that someone does it 
First: 2 times allready by that noob KeVin that plays sometimes on the server, he allways shipkills ppl and breaks rules.. and then some other times by newbies who do it, (like ppl who say: u all suck! this server sucks! i f*cked ur ****, etc etc)

This is a real problem , its very annoying, and i swear next time a person does it too me i'll hunt him down till he's dead meat with at least 60 bullets in his ass

But the problem is, The Jail bug, is a reconnect bug, and I dk if it can be FiXeD!

Maybe somthing that, once someobidy SHOOTS on ships and not kills, they get jailed? Proboly have to w8 for 0.2 though
