IRC .echo command

Not really a complaint but I find myself wanting to use a .echo command that isn't there! 

!me <text>
Now this is so you can talk in the "* Nick wants to go home" form.

Just thought this might be useful, since I'm a 100% IRC hoe.

Edit: I just thought is there a list where I can see all the commands for .echo? or any other LVP channel? If not one might be useful
